Each project starts with a critical path template which can be tailored to meet the specific needs of the project. These critical paths contain anything from a dozen to over a hundred tasks all owned by departments and individuals. Following an approval process to launch the project, tasks are then disseminated throughout the business populating users To Do lists and enabling them to update and complete each action.
