The Carpetright team needed to cut the cost of communicating with stores, while improving speed, accuracy and compliance; they knew they had to get rid of paper and streamline their communications processes. Rolling out Operations Director has accomplished their objectives and improved life at head office, region and each of their 586 stores. It’s improved some key customer-facing processes too – streamlining the connection between bricks and clicks.
Rigorous before-and-after testing has proved their payback time for the whole project to be less than a year, and everyone loves it.
