RMS have implemented a suite of modules from their Operations Director Series to improve communication and collaboration from Reiss’s head office in London to all of Reiss stores worldwide. Powerful content management coupled with task compliance, ordering and reporting across the entire solution ensure that the operations team can communicate and collaborate quickly and easily to the store estate. A central store of branch attributes provides a single source to update, change and utilise attributes to target task and content and also provide a single source of attributes for the branches.
