(previously Triangle) won the Back Office Implementation Award for its work on Mothercare's In.Site communications system, which has had a major impact on the way that the retailer manages it stores. In.Site automates task management for merchandising, promotions and administration via a broadband network, with full audit control to ensure that tasks are completed on time and consistently.
Automation removes the need for paper form filling and is available through the point of sales till, enabling staff to spend more time with customers instead of in the back office.
