Retail Manager Solutions Limited is delighted to announce its acquisition of the retail service and retail solutions businesses of Triangle Computer Services Limited. The newly acquired, independent business will adopt the highly successful strategic direction upon which the former Retail division of Triangle made its name, and is pleased to announce that it has secured the services of key staff, management and directors.

Separating Retail Manager (RM) from the traditional Triangle systems business had always been part of their business plan explained Karen Dyke, RM's Managing Director, "To maintain RM's position as 'Best in Breed', we need to focus specifically on the needs of the Retail sector while providing the continued support and service to our loyal customer base." The new business has secured all relevant ongoing support and development, and, with the acquisition of the former Retail division's technical and application support it will offer a seamless handover for existing customers and a compelling proposition for new prospects. RM can already boast new business wins and its existing customer base is trading well ahead of industry averages and predictions. As a result, its value proposition is even greater than it was pre the credit crunch. "Return on investment for our customer's remains our key consideration." In the very near future we will be formally announcing some further exciting news in respect of extending the RM store and retail focused business offering."
