The Users module manages all users within the solution assigning them to a role and position in the hierarchy of the business. Based on the role they have been assigned to and how this role is configured in the Security module they have certain privileges and permission from within the application.
Password management is also available to periodically reset, expire or change passwords on first logon.
Alternatively users can be managed by third party applications such as Active directory and LDAP.
