Audience Picker module provides a consistent user interface for everyone publishing a task, a survey or some content.  It makes sure that store communication is targeted: people get what they need, and only what they need, to do their jobs.  They don’t have to waste time hunting through irrelevant, confusing stuff that doesn’t affect them or their store.

Audience Picker taps into the power of the Branch Details module. It’s the Branch Details that holds all the store information that lets you target your communications with pinpoint accuracy.  Branch Details can hold pretty much whatever you need to define subsets of your estate, but people typically hold these types of store characteristics:

• area
• brand
• language
• market type,
• floor space,
• opening times,
• product set,
• region & area,
• roles,
• type,
• utility provider.

People target content at stores (and roles within stores) using Audience Picker via an easy-to-choose interface.  So it’s easy to target the right tasks, surveys, content etc. at the right stores, and the right roles in those stores.
