KPI’s

KPI'sUp-to-the-minute performance feedback to all the right people.

KPI’s module communicates performance information using easy-to-understand charts, gauges and tabs.

Store staff can compare performance by day, week to date or period to date. The sort of indicators typically provided to stores are sales vs. last year, conversion rates, commissions, footfall and sales targets, while store managers can get metrics like fit to headcount, sales to service ratios and compliance measurements too.

KPI’s are defined using a spreadsheet-like point and click interface, without any involvement from the IS team, so the business can define and deploy metrics quickly as needs change.

KPI’s gets its data from head office business intelligence tools, spreadsheets, ERP systems or anywhere that holds raw performance data. KPI’s crunches the numbers and builds the dashboards, which are then transmitted to stores (and regions, areas and head office too) for comparison.

Real-world deployments have found that a 15 minute refresh interval is easily sustained; giving stores and store staff a ‘near real-time’ view of their performance.
