Every RMS customer is different in terms of priorities and operational challenges in their business. For this reason we have architected our solutions to enable our customers to pick and choose functional modules, to address their most pressing operational needs.
Our solutions are divided into one of three different elements:
- Foundation Layer
- Director Series
- Functional Modules
The Foundation Layer
The foundation layer is an essential element all of our implementations and provides a base layer to build your RMS solution on. Every functional module selected by our customers will utilise or reference the functional elements of this layer.
Director Series
We then group our functional modules by ‘Directors’. Each Director is named after the area of or business objective that it provides support for and each Director has a number of functional modules associated with it.
Functional Modules
The Functional Modules address specific process or functional requirements for each of the Director series. Modules are selected by the customer according to their specific needs and operational priorities. Typically we adopt a phased approach to our implementations with many of our customers implementing a selection of Modules for each project phase.
How do I build my solution?
Easy! The foundation layer is the essential platform to start from, then from each Director Series select a number of different functional modules to form your overall solution. Once the scope of the solution has been determined our implementation services team will develop your own unique look and feel, configuration, work-flow and integration requirements to enable a successful implementation.
