Comet Revamps Store Comms
In mid-2008 electrical retailer Comet went shopping for a solution to move all staff at its 300 locations – including home delivery, service, head office and contact centres – to the next level of communication effectiveness. Communications in Comet at that point used email and an intranet. The intranet site had grown beyond its capabilities.

Labour Scheduling gets integrated in Comet
Brian Townsend and and Steve Coxon from the Comet ops team were kind enough to share their thoughts on progress so far in this 2 minute video. Comet is a long time Operations Director user, and recently we’ve been working with Brian and his team to help them solve some of their labour scheduling challenges.
