Who we are
Retail Manager launched in 1999. It is designed, developed and implemented by Retail Manager Solutions Limited (RMS).

This modular retail software solution initially focused on enabling the most effective communications between retail operations, typically in head office locations and store employees. The RMS approach was soon enabling productivity and efficiency gains, greater consistency, improved compliance and enhanced customer service.

More recent developments have introduced sophisticated labour management, task and trading management functionality into the mix.

RMS's solutions occupy a unique niche position in the marketplace, focusing on non transactional and collaborative applications through its 'Manager' portfolio. RMS's solutions include: Retail Manager, Capacity Manager, Contract Manager, Labour Manager and Trading Manager.

Our Solutions

Retail Manager
A browser based modular toolset that enables retailers to achieve operational excellence in their business. Supporting the key operational elements that are essential for a retailer to effectively manage their business, from a central point (head office) to dispersed locations (stores).

Capacity Manager
This toolset enables retailers to obtain a clear picture with regards to levels of task that have been requested by head office departments. Various head office departments can create and submit projects for approval, months in advance. Each project will have allocated man hours for each task or milestone. By doing this a picture is built up very clearly in terms of levels of commitment at store with regards to head office based activity.

Contract Manager
A software solution that bridges the gap between manual sales processes and transactional processing through EPOS. Contract Manager easily integrates with leading EPOS solutions to provide a seamless flow to process customer transactions. Automating best practice and enhancing customer service whilst delivering increased sales.

Trading Manager
Trading Manager provides a collaborative toolset enabling head office departments to seamlessly communicate and collaborate on promotional activity in store. A trading planner provides visibility of all promotional activity in store for up to three years in advance of the current date. Critical path views with tasks, milestones and activities provide a clear view in terms of future promotions and store based activity.

Labour Manager
Providing a simple, effective toolset to collect, collate and process labour information within the small format store environment. It empowers the store manager to effectively plan and control labour costs to ensure optimal allocation of labour. By sharing information of forecasted labour plans it enables pro active management of labour costs.
